About

A lifetime of caring for and training dogs

"When I'm training a dog, I develop a relationship with that dog. He's my buddy, and I want to make training fun." Ian Dunbar

Please read through my entire site, as it will make you more informed for our first conversation.

Growing up, my family bred and showed our champion Irish setter, Cindy. I spent my childhood learning how to train her, and also how to communicate with the litters of puppies I was surrounded by. This experience gave me the ability to make almost every dog I meet feel comfortable, trusting, and receptive to training. This, combined with a lifetime of reading, watching, and practising different communication and training techniques, has allowed me to quickly establish a trusting relationship with most dogs, and many other animals. I have worked in many different positions throughout my life, but my dream job has always been to work with dogs. I am thankful that I am now in a position to be able to live this dream and look forward to helping you and your canine friend work together to address behavioural issues, improve your communication skills, and raise your compatibility level.

Please fill out the form on the contact page when you are ready to move forward with your training. No cold calls please.
